As a college student, I always try to keep up with the latest trends, for the lowest prices, especially involving makeup. I mean make up is kind of my thing, one of my goals is to get into cosmetic science, but we will save my long list of dreams for another time, we have to talk about the amazing make up gurus that taught me how to be beat hunty!
One day I went to the store and bought 200 dollars worth of make up. I know it sounds like a lot but make up is expensive, so I think I did okay. All day I sat on youtube trying to learn something so that my make up could be flawless; speaking of flawless that leads me to my first and favorite make up youtuber, Kenneth Senegal also known as HeFlawless.
HeFlawless is originally from Texas, but currently lives in LA. HeFlawless started his channel off with telling real story times. For those, who don’t get on youtube, a story time is simply the blogger telling his/her viewpoint of an experience that happened to him. HeFlawless personality is what brought his videos to life however. HeFlawless is a very funny, outgoing, and charming person. When it comes to his make up tutorials he breaks down everything that he does while entertaining the audience at the same time. He goes into depth about learning the curvature of your face and how to get that flawless look that we all love. Most Importantly HeFlawless always reminds his followers that to be truly flawless you must love all of your flaws.
My next favorite is the very joyful Patrick Starr. Patrick Starr who’s real name is Patrick Simondac, is the makeup artist to the stars. He has featured Keke Palmer and Kim Kardashian on his youtube channel. Starr is originally from Florida but bounces around in LA as well. He has been able to receive over 2 million subscribers to his youtube! Talk about amazing. What makes Starr such a success is his very bubbly personality and his ability to help viewers realize that end of the day its just make up, it washes off, you have to be able to be a starr without it.
