Azealia Banks
Azelia Banks is known for her petty and rude comments on Twitter, but she is also known for her song “212.”
Siya
Siya appeared on the scene when she appeared on the Oxygen show “Sisterhood of Hip-Hop.” She has also made many collabs with different R&B artists.
Angel Haze
Angel Haze is known for her cover of Eminem’s “Cleaning Out My Closet” in which she raps about her traumatic childhood that was filled with sexual abuse.
Frank Ocean
Frank Ocean is one of my favorite artists. He is known the most for his song “Thinking Bout You.” He also used to be apart of a group called Odd Future.
Big Freedia
Big Freedia is known as the “Queen Diva of New Orleans Bounce.” She makes the best New Orleans Bounce music that makes you want to dance every time you hear it. Her larger than life personality caught the attention of Fuse producers and she was granted her own show in 2013.
Young M.A.
Young M.A. is a female rapper from Brooklyn, NY and she is most known for her song “OOOUUU” which was a heavy banger for summer 2016.
Taylor Bennett
Taylor Bennett is another hip hop artist who happens to be the brother of the infamous Chance The Rapper. He admitted to being openly bisexual on twitter in January. “I do recognize myself as a bisexual male & do & have always openly supported the gay community & will keep doing so in 2017. #ThankYou,”
Todrick Hall
Todrick Hall first appeared on the ninth season of American Idol where he was told by Simon Cowell that his singing career would never go anywhere, but he was sadly mistaken. Todrick went on to become a YouTube star and he created a 16 song visual album entitled, “Straight Outta Oz” which led to a nationwide tour.
Kehlani
Kehlani is an Oakland native who is known as a very free spirited person. She is also known for her hit songs “Distraction” and “The Way.”
