Hello Friends! Love is definitely in this fall air of ours! We all tuned in on the beautiful engagement of the rapper Gucci Mane and his lovely new wife, Keyshia Kaoir’s wedding, “The Mane Event”, last Tuesday night. Weddings have a way of putting us all in the loving mood, correct?
Love seems to always win in most cases. In the case of Derrick Young Jr. and Johnathan L. Allen, two law students became engaged over the past week. The lovely couple met six years ago at the Grambling State University. They’ve encountered many battles within society, themselves, tension among family and fear. Being a testament to most and showing that true love take hard work but will always prevail, this couple represents. Throughout their fight against of racial tension to graduate school and now law school: the two has finally decided to knot, proving that love takes sacrifice.
